Good one ! thanks.Just one to take a chance to give a tip to those with cracked heel..make sure tht your heel is dry after you go 2 washroom or take a bath or else moisture will be stripped.put some baby lotion on your heels and wear a pair of socks at nite…it works on me!

how can they do this to american idol???
i mean paula and simon were the best and ppl used to enjoy with them on the show!!!
i seriously would not want to watch american idol this year with boring judges. i don’t think anyone will be interested in watching. but i would still like to see wat shit will happen in the show and i hope to see some contestents walking out!!!

“Beckham” seemed a VERY VERY toned down picture of Paula with not much to say. But with a different judge each week they may not speak out much.

I have been an on again off again watcher based on the contestants. Paula actually had music background and I liked her as an artist but she became a joke of a judge so no viewer loss. I agree that the guest judge is a strange concept but read that Shania Twain is one upcoming which is awesome. They should always be music performers. Will watch to see how Ellen does. The contestants decide if I watch or not based on their talent, not the judges.

This show will never be the same without Paula and specially Simmon…I personally think after Simmon leaves this show will go downhill. I can probably say that this season will be the last for me to see only to see Simmon then after that I could probably say that I could care less about the show. Sorry guys but Simmon and Paula made this show a complete HIT

@Bob: Idol frequently uses guest judges during the auditions. You’ll see this all through the audition phase this season as has been done in the past.

Ellen will be one of the permanent, season-long judges once the audition cycle is over.

What is up with the “Guest Judges”?
Does this mean that Ellen is not going to be a judge?
There does not seem to be any published explanation.
I guess Paula is gone, Simon is on his way out (He even walked out of last nights episode at one point), and now Guest Judges, and NO Ellen??? What a mess…
