American Idol 2010 Hollywood Week Final Round Tonight

Tonight on American Idol 2010 the final selections for this season’s Top 24 will be revealed. Last night we watched a 2-hour drawn out reveal for the first 7 of those 24 and tonight we’ll get the other 17 in just one hour (9-10PM ET/PT). Phew!
So far the leaked list of singers who made the Top 24 has been right on so let’s see if we got them all right tonight when the final decisions are announced.

I was dissapointed last night of not including
Shelby Dressel to Top 24 ,I think she is the real Idol for me to over come her adversity dispite her apperance and She could really sing.unlike others who is not in her level.I salute her courages and she will go far.If this is really the American Idol why dont you let people decide who will make it or not.American Idol for me is for a person like Shelby Dressel. To give a chance to a underdog.

I guess Fox producers knew what they were doing by unveiling part of the top 24 last night. They beat out the olympics by several million viewers making it the most watched show in their time slot.

Well they definitely snagged us into watching it though we both agreed it was a little boring last night. Easily could have done that with a 1-hour episode!

Yes I agree Matt. One hour was plenty. Was it just me or did ellen seem too nervous or scared to give feedback or let someone go? I read where she wanted 150k to redo her wardrobe for the season.

WELL THANK HEAVEN THIS PART IS ALMOST OVER….LAST NIGHT COULD HAVE BEEN DONE IN 60 MINUTES….TONIGHT THEY WILL REVEAL 17 IN 60 MINUTES….GO FIGURE…..

I think you made a mistake.You should keep Shelby Dressel in the top 24.Or make another spot like last year you made a extra spot for Scoop.Make a extra spot for Shelby Dressel she is the next American Idol.I love the way she sings.I think she deserves a chance to be in with the 24 contestants.Please bring her back.

LETS GET OFF THESE JUDGES AND BACK TO THE TALENT….I, TOO,THINK THAT SHELBY SHOULD HAVE MADE THE TOP 24….HER SOLO LAST NIGHT WAS EXTREMELY GOOD….SOMETIMES I THINK THESE JUDGES HEAR THINGS THAT WE DON’T……BUT OF COURSE BECAUSE OF THE OUTED TOP 24 I KNEW SHE DIDN’T…..I STILL THINK THAT S**KS THAT THE LIST WAS LEAKED EARLIER…..IT TOOK SOMETHING AWAY FROM THE VIEWERS…..

Please give Shelby Dressel a shot to be American Idol.She should be put in as the Wild Spot like last year.She has alot of talent.Come on everyone should send a comment to the judges.
She did better then some of the ones they picked.

I do not understand what is happening with the judges this year. Shelby is a beautiful girl, brave and talented. Even Simon said that it was a mistake to let her go. I am afraid they would do the same with Samuel Larsen. Who is also very talented, we have been whating to hear him sing. Why they do not show him singing I hope they do tonight. I also think that with so many contastants, and so much talent, they need to extend the chosen ones to the 36

Never has that song “oh what a feelin”" been stuck in my head like today, after Shelby’s performance last nite!! What are they thinking? I can only accept this if they do have the plan of bringing her back. After watching Idol through all the seasons, this might be it for me cause I’ve never been this upset by a cut and no one left really thrills me!! But Ellen is having her on the “Ellen” show next week so…Shelby, you already have fans and it’s started for you!! Just bring the confidence cause you are gonna get somewhere!

You know it pisses me off that they let 2 female singers through that clearly sang off key but Shelby Dressel and Angela Martin who sang very well were sent home. I don’t know what the judges are thinking.

I honestly cannot believe that Angela Martin was eliminated. She was literally one of the best singers auditioning for the show. I was under the impression that this show was based on trying to find the best of singers. How is that possible when the judges just made a huge mistake by letting one of the best go????

Angela Martin was one of the best that American Idol has eliminated. I hope a music producer saw this talented young lady tonight and will give her a chance to show her talent. She has a great voice and a wonderful story.
