In case you missed it, this past Sunday was “Star Wars Day” and all kinds of crazy movie-themed antics took place. One of our favorites was the hilarious Star Wars Cantina Band Auditions video from CollegeHumor.com featuring our very own American Idol stars Chris Daughtry and Jordin Sparks!
In honor of May 4th, also known as Star Wars Day to us geeks out there who are fans, the video takes a trip “back to Tatooine’s favorite hive of scum and villainy” for imaginary auditions for the Mos Eisley Cantina band.
In addition to guest appearances by American Idol stars Chris Daughtry (Chris Darthtry) and Jordin Sparks (Jor Din Sparks), the video also features cameos from Ben Folds, Weird Al, Lisa Loeb, Liz Phair, Mark McGrath, Rick Springfield, and mc chris.
