The ship is hardly sinking. Phillips, the latest Idol sold two mil of his record. Adam was entertaining but not the be all and end all of American Idol. It’s hard to name ppl that have made it big on any other show besides Idol..so naysayers pls just stop watching if it annoys you all so much.

Wow! What huge snub! Adam has only had good things to say about AI and his treatment. He is a huge international star as well and was Grammy nominated. AI should be proud to call he one of their gold standards. Surely this was a big mistake leaving him off?
