Last week on American Idol 2009 Allison Iraheta was eliminated from the Top 4. I wasn’t terribly surprised as I thought her Tuesday night performance was bad, but many thought Gokey had screamed his way to worse. Ah well, now we’re stuck with a boys-only Top 3.
The Idol theme this week will be a little more open with each of the remaining three singers performing two singers. One song will be selected by the judges and the other song will be hand selected by the singers themselves. Any guesses on which genre these guys will go?
On Wednesday night’s Idol results show Katy Perry will perform “Waking up in Vegas,” the single from her debut album, “One of the Boys,” and Jordin Sparks, former American Idol, will return to perform her new single, “Battlefield.”
