American Idol 2016 hopeful Dalton Rapattoni made quite an impression on the judges with his rocking version of “Phantom of the Opera.” So much so that Keith Urban called it a true artistic moment and said he thinks this young singer might just make it to the Top 12!
Dalton was introduced on American Idol as a vocal coach and after-school music mentor. Well, we happen to know that Dalton Rapattoni also is a former member of the successful Simon Fuller-created boy band IM5, so it’s no surprise he knows how to give a great performance. Can Dalton make it on his own as a solo contender for the American Idol winner crown? We’ll just have to wait and see!
