Last night on American Idol 2009 Allison Iraheta was eliminated after receiving the fewest votes from the viewers. Adam managed to keep himself safe after last week’s scare and Kris surprised many by staying in the competition.

Kris just doesn’t deserve to be in the top 3. He’s talented, yes. Allison was, by far, the more talented of those two. Danny has earned his spot(even though I’m bored with his predictability.) I liked the way he was able to laugh at his “blunder-note” and not take himself too seriously. I’m still an “Adamaniac,” regardless of how this wraps up.

Talk about predictible – that would be Adam.. Does anyone know his true genre? I like to watch him, but to listen on the radio – would be a little hard. (heard this morning he is a natural blond – go figure) I agree that Allison probably had the best vocals out of the bottom 4. My vote would have to be for Danny – at least we can understand his words

Rock week was Adam’s week.
Kris sucks.he sings fine nothing special.
and Danny was terrible this week. what the fuck was this scream.
I think that in the final should be Adam and Danny. And Adam as to win. He is the best singer in idol history.

To end all of this.. Danny is the best.. Adam is good but I’m afraid if he could stand out from the rest of the performers outside the competition. Adam is a one day hit wonder kind of a guy. Danny will last forever.. Talking about their vocals Adam is far away behind from Danny.. Adam is more on screaming and that is natural for him while Danny is pure talent.. Vote wisely America.

I really want Danny to win because I think he tries the hardest and he is the sweetest by far. So very respectful of the judges, listens to thier advise.
I Love Adam, I was so afraid of him leaving, I was voting for him because I really felt Danny was safe, he has a ton of talent.

I’ve been a huge Kris Allen fan since I first saw him perform, so my hope is for him to win. I can see Adam winning despite not really liking him b/c I can see that he is an artist. Danny on the other hand, I can’t stand the fact that he’s made it so far. Every week except for one he has disappointed me. He’s either pitchy or off-key or just the flat-out wrong song. The only reason he’s made it this far I think is because of his background story. There were others, such as Allison, that deserved to make it further than Danny.

My husband is a Kris Fan, but he does not vote, drives me crazy! Kris is great, I think Adam is fantastic, but I want Danny to win because I think he tries the hardest and I thought he sang Dream On great, sure the last note was a little skreetchy (sp?) but that was a hard thing to do and he hit the range, just was not smooth.

its true dat fans r influenced by the judges comments..but at times this has proven otherwise..judges were not intrigued by kris on year of birth week..n many expected him to b in bottom three.but he wasnt..
i think these exceptions help the contestants getting encouraged..if they can be safe after facing such critisizm..they r not all that bad..but again..despite of negative comments, neither of the top 3 contestants ever argued with the judges,except for adam only once,which ws more like a friendly talk than heated up argument

Adam is a rocker who does not play any instruments at all. Look at the famous rockers
they play electric guitar. David Cook, Chris Daughtry, Bon Jovi, Slash etc. Kris is not a rocker but he is a good pop singer who got the expertise of musical instruments. KRIS can top the billboard of music. Rock songs are good but pop music are more appealing to the recording market in all ages. Adam style is for entertainment; you need visual to appreciate his style like theater or concert. Otherwise, you won’t pay attention. I think my IQ drops a point every time I log on to this site and read the low-brow commentary and blatant disregard for spelling, grammar and punctuation. Now, it seems like people are making it too personal and attacking one another. I especially dislike all of the CAPS!
It would be great if we could discuss the merits of the competitors like adults and leave all of the homophobia and religious banter at the door. It would also be nice to admit that all three of them have talent and it’s a preference thing.

I admired Scott, Matt, and Kris from the start. No doubt Adam has talent but his singing style just is not for me. If I were to listen to music it would be more of Dannys style. Easier on the ears. I think they will all get a carreer in the music industry including Allison. But also think Alexis should have gone much much further in the show that what she did. I was sorry to see Allison go, I liked her. She is very talented for her age. I love Danny and Kris. I know Danny messed up the end of the song with trying to sound rock. The are supposed to try new things, so that didn’t work move on. I think Adam always screechs in his songs. He does the same old screech in every song. I hope he doesn’t win. His head is already to big. He would be fine on broadway. He could still play dress up, wear make up and sing. I for one will never pay a dime to see or hear anything he puts out or is in.

Well, I was very disappointed to see Allison leave. She has so much talent. It will not surprise me one bit if I see an album in the store with her name on it and I will buy it too!! It is not for so called Christians to judge the contestants on their sexuality and it is not for the purpose of telling the Adam fans they are going to hell for voting for him..I am a Christian and go to Church and read my Bible for that..I do not need some religious fanatic telling me what to do..
Also I can see no need for all the profanity..This is used when people with limited vocabularies have no other way of expressing themselves..I think you know who you are and need to watch your language for those of us that are offended by it..So you don’t care for Adam..Who cares? Female rockers like Allison rarely get as far as she did on Idol for someone her age she was exceptional but I cannot remember anything she sang.
Adam is Broadway a great nights entertainment for the price of a theatre ticket.
Kris is about buying a record he should record “She works hard for the money”. Kris is not aware how talented he should be more confident but he will produce a couple of surprises to progress to the final – JUST WAIT AND SEE.
Danny what is Danny about? The other two have their own style but Mr Gokey lacks innovation.

I will admit this is the first complete season I have watched AI and no matter who wins it will be my last.I am sure in past years you had the same old bull as now.The producers and judges picked an adam/danny show down since day one and it won’t change.Danny probably will win even though he has had multiple bad performances last week being the wrost but it doesn’t matter.The big shots never even took notice to all the other contestants this year.Matt was ten times better than danny and will do much better down the road.I know it doesn’t matter as we really have no control but I will waste two hours voting for adam on tuesday.

I’m afraid that Adam has ruined American Idol for me. In years past I enjoyed watching all of the participants have good nights and bad. Adam has been so outrageously better than anyone else this year that he’s the only one I look forward to watching. I fear that any future American Idol contests will be a letdown after this year.
This is not meant to be a knock on any of the other contestants – they are all good in their own right.

I would never buy Danny’s record in a million years. (”bleh” voice..even worse personality). Kris is cute and can sing a few songs well; I’d CONSIDER buying his record. Adam can sing anything. ANYTHING. I’d buy his record in a heartbeat. Adam will win American Idol by a longshot.

Like I mentioned before, Adam Lambert is, in my opinion, the most innovative, talented and exciting performer this season but if he were to lose well life goes on. Idol will never be fair till only one single vote can be cast, not multiple.
