I’m trying to vote for Crystal. However, I keep getting a recording, “invalid number”. I dialed 1-866-IDOLS(43465); which is short one digit. So, I then dialed and added 11 for Crystal. Help! What am I doing wrong?

Did anyone think Ellen looked sick or didn’t feel well? I am so excited she is a judge and hope she is not sick…..did anybody else pick up on that???

ok all we have heard the judges is” make the song your own ” or “show me something different tonight” and then we have Haeley who takes a classic song I WANT TO HOLD YOUR HAND and does a re do that was nothing less than brillant where she made it her own and gave it a smooth jazz feel with all the shine of the razing sun and the judges said. “you were all over ” and it was not well received by the judges…that performance was soooooooo brillant it when right over their sleepy heads…..way to go Haeley !!!! IT WAS GREAT !!!!!!!

I think Ellen is an awful judge, she mumbles and stumbles over her words like she don’t know what she’s talking about. She is totally out of her element on this show. I don’t understand what she is talking about half of the time.

~ Sherman I hear u! Of all the performances Haeley’s was the one that blew me away! How disheartening it must have been for someone with clearly a happy outlook & disposition to be told by Simon that she was like a wound up doll smiling all over the place??? They were simply damned if they didn’t & damned if they did ‘make it their own’. ~

I agree with Dianne 100%. I think they should have someone who actually knows what they are talking about, not just yapping like she knows it all and thinking she is funny.

I really think that katie stevens should do the #1 hit by jojo acapella with a guitar to show her range in her voice and the innocence as a young artist but a voice as old as arethra franklin. I also think that lacey brown should do a billy holiday song, not a slow one but a fast but jazzy billy song to show the uniqueness of her voice, and because the song is so old she can do that with just a bass and guitar and show the range and unique quality in her voice. these are my pics that i think these artists would really shine and america would like and it would be like bringing back the best of the best in a modern way!
