Here we go! Tonight on American Idol the season finally gets started when the Top 12 girls take the stage to compete for your votes. Each performer will do her best to impress the judges and win over audiences with her song selection which may or may not already be leaked!
Keep in mind that Simon has said he thinks this season’s winner will be a female. If one of these girls had to win who would you pick?
Tonight’s show at 8PM will launch a full five hours of American Idol this week starting with two hours tonight followed by two hours of the boys tomorrow. The big results will then be revealed on Thursday night’s episode. What a week!

Just watched some of the Chris GoLightly press conference at TMZ and now I’m kind of fedup with the guy. I do feel bad for him but he is hurting his chances of ever coming back for another season of AI or joining Simon on XFactor. Oh and he is writing a tell all book about his life as an orphan and about his experience on idol. He needs to move on because they are not letting him back on the show.

It’s true, ALL the ladies have exceptional voices. So far, my money’s on Lilly, Siobhan, Didi, and Crystal (in that order). Again, … so far. I’m still waiting to get chills all the way through the song!
