Last night on American Idol 2009 Allison Iraheta was eliminated after receiving the fewest votes from the viewers. Adam managed to keep himself safe after last week’s scare and Kris surprised many by staying in the competition.

Kris just doesn’t deserve to be in the top 3. He’s talented, yes. Allison was, by far, the more talented of those two. Danny has earned his spot(even though I’m bored with his predictability.) I liked the way he was able to laugh at his “blunder-note” and not take himself too seriously. I’m still an “Adamaniac,” regardless of how this wraps up.
Talk about predictible – that would be Adam.. Does anyone know his true genre? I like to watch him, but to listen on the radio – would be a little hard. (heard this morning he is a natural blond – go figure) I agree that Allison probably had the best vocals out of the bottom 4. My vote would have to be for Danny – at least we can understand his words 🙂
Kris is good, but does not deserve to be in the bottom 3. Adam stands out but Danny is the best.
I haven’t watched the show jet (’cause I live in Peru), but based in the previous shows (and this comments), I dare to say Danny is the best.

I’ve been a huge Kris Allen fan since I first saw him perform, so my hope is for him to win. I can see Adam winning despite not really liking him b/c I can see that he is an artist. Danny on the other hand, I can’t stand the fact that he’s made it so far. Every week except for one he has disappointed me. He’s either pitchy or off-key or just the flat-out wrong song. I can see a lot of Allison fans going to Adam because she seemed to favorite him, though she would never admit it. Their styles are kinda similar so that could be another thing to influence them as well.

its true dat fans r influenced by the judges comments..but at times this has proven otherwise..judges were not intrigued by kris on year of birth week..n many expected him to b in bottom three.but he wasnt..
i think these exceptions help the contestants getting encouraged..if they can be safe after facing such critisizm..they r not all that bad..but again..despite of negative comments, neither of the top 3 contestants ever argued with the judges,except for adam only once,which ws more like a friendly talk than heated up argument

Well, I did not like Hollywood. We went to Josua Tree National Park, then to Kings Canyon, Sequia National parks, I had plans to go further north, but 3 teen age boys wanted to stay in Hollywood and I gave in.
Adam is a rocker who does not play any instruments at all. Look at the famous rockers
they play electric guitar. David Cook, Chris Daughtry, Bon Jovi, Slash etc. Kris is not a rocker but he is a good pop singer who got the expertise of musical instruments. If you say talent KRIS got it. Allison fans will go to Kris becasue Kris is young, cool with great looks. Teenager girls will love cute boys. Teenager votes for Allison because of their age group … I guess Adam is not teenager anymore.

I said it in the beginning and I say it again, that this year’s American Idol has got to be ADAM. The other two standing are good but if you compare them to Adam, they lag far behind. I want to also say that Paula was fantastic on stage, and seemed like one of the teenage girls performing.
I think at this point, I will be happy not matter who wins, Adam has it made now, no matter how far he goes. Between Kris and Danny, it is hard, to decide, I like them both. KRIS can top the billboard of music. Rock songs are good but pop music are more appealing to the recording market in all ages. Adam style is for entertainment; you need visual to appreciate his style like theater or concert. Otherwise, you won’t pay attention. Kris is a good prospect to be cover magazine in the future- Sexy, good looking man, mark my word.

So, everybody agree that buyers are not particular to singing ability but PACKAGE – talent,looks, charisma and appeal. This also includes who are they as an artist. Fantasia is unwed mom with one child. I do not care about her personal life but it does affect being in the public figure.
I think the judges should give us a surprise rule change again, and declare them all #1 and give them all contracts.

I am from the Gold Coast Australia and I think Adam and Danny are the best – I don’t think Chris should still be in the competition although I do think that the three top guys come accross as all very nice people and I think it is a shame that some need to put nasty comments on this site about any of the contestants
