American Idol Season 9 runner-up Crystal Bowersox has released a video for her single “Dead Weight.” The inspirational song will be on her upcoming album “All That For This.”
“This song means more to me than even I can completely comprehend,” Crystal told The Boot. “I feel like it’s one of those tunes where the meaning will get deeper and deeper over time as you start to really live and actualize the words into your existence. It’s about knowing in your heart, that not knowing the outcome is perfectly acceptable. Breathe. I’m still figuring it out, myself.”
What do you think of Crystal’s song and video? I think it’s a good sign that maybe the wrong person won American Idol season 9, but that’s just my opinion. Ha.
Crystal’s album “All That For This” is set to hit stores March 26.
