American Idol 2010: Let the Voting Begin
Finally, the week we have all been waiting for. American Idol Season 9 officially kicks off and the viewer voting begins. If you haven’t heard, Idol producers are allowing the TOP 24 contestants to have twitter, myspace and facebook accounts so look them up and follow your favs.
This week we have 3 nights of idol instead of two and 5 hours worth of singing to look forward to. Tuesday and Wednesday we have two full hours each night of listening to the hopefuls sing and Thursday is the one hour results show where two guys and two girls will be eliminated.
I have heard the contestants will choose songs from Billboards Top 100 so it is a great opportunity to hear everyone in their own styles and decide which genre of music they would like to record.
At last the focus comes off the judges, except to see how Ellen handles herself and of course to hear Simon spat out his tirade of insults, because let’s face it, no one pays much attention to Kara and Randy. It is all about the singers and if they have what it takes to make us pick up the phone.
I’m going to be honest here and say someone has to be absolutely spectacular for me to pick up the phone. Before Adam Lambert last season, I couldn’t tell you the last time I put in a call for someone. What about you guys? What does a contestant have to do to get your votes? Is it only the singing or do other things like their background story or stage presence come into play?

FINALLY, I’M TOTALLY READY FOR THE CONTESTANTS TO SHOW THERE TALENT……I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN, BEFORE ADAM LAMBERT I HAD ONLY VOTED FOR CARRIE UNDERWOOD…..IT WILL TAKE A REALLY OUTSTANDING PERFORMER FOR ME TO VOTE BUT IF I FEEL THAT SOMEBODY NEEDS MY VOTES I WILL SPEED DIAL LIKE CRAZY…..
THERE SURE IS A LEAK IN THE AI ORGANIZATION, NOW WE EVEN KNOW THE SONGS THAT THE PERFORMERS WILL BE SINGING…..(-:

The judges were good tonight. At least Kara wasn’t leaning all over Simon and Ellen was funny. Simon seems to be a bit low-key,like he’s bothered by something.
I liked Didi alot tonight.

I think Katie hit the ball out of the park tonight. Randy’s favorite word is “pitchy” but for me the girl was great and has a strong voice. I was very pleased and I hope she moves full speed ahead.
Simon seems to be easier this year and that he realizes that these are not professionals and I wish everyone else would remember that also. He will be missed.
I was not a fan of Ellen coming on as a judge but it seems that she adds a variety and can give her opinion whether she likes doing it or not. But as people are eliminated will be hard to see them go.
I just wish these peformers wouldn’t take an elimination as the end of their life, things could be a lot worse.

HELLO I REALLY LOVE WATCHIN AMERICAN IDOL ITS A VERY GREAT TV SHOW WELL NOT GREAT THE OONL FANTASTIC TV SHOW I REALLY HOPE THIS YEAR 2010 THAT THEY LET TWO CONTESTANTS WIN AND THOSE TWO ARE BIG MIKE AND THE WHITE LADY WITH THE DREADS IN THE BACK OF HER HAIR BUT THANKS FOR READING THIS I HOW MY WISH COME TRUE FOR THE TWO I WANT TO BE THE NEXT TWO AMERICAN IDOL

Hey american idol of 2010 is the best this year. I like lee and crystal they both sand great together and they will win if they dont it will be heart beaking. I like Mike too but i thing his voice is deep. I dont ellen being on it it toally ruins it>>>>>>>

You can’t imagine how long ive been googling because of this. Through 6 pages of Digg results with out finding anything at all. 1 search on Msn. There this is… Have to begin to use this more regularly
