Here it is ladies and gentlemen! The first American Idol 2014 spoilers video of the judges and contestants in action during the season 13 auditions callbacks in Detroit. We even get a peek of our very first performances of the season, including an audition by Central New York native Ethan Harris. This singer-songwriter is way too cute and bold enough to tackle one of the American Idol judges’ own songs, Keith Urban’s “You’ll Think of Me.”

The judges seem to be liking Ethan Harris in the American Idol season 13 spoilers video but we don’t get to hear whether or not they give him a golden ticket. Another contestant, a gorgeous girl with a guitar slung on her back, impresses the judges with her hot look and her awesome pipes. We do see her get a pass through to Hollywood, so she’s officially our first known Hollywood Week contestant. We think her name was Marielle Sellers (sp?) but we aren’t quite sure if we caught that right.
We also unfortunately get to enjoy an American Idol 2014 hopeful ‘twerking’ “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” at Keith Urban’s request while Harry Connick Jr. looks on in frank amazement. One thing that’s obvious from this all too brief spoilers clip? The American Idol judges are having fun and the chemistry is feeling really fabulous.

I hated the judges last season except for Randy Jackson. Nicki was so stupid. Mariah was boring. I’m so happy JLO is back but I wish Randy Jackson and Steve Tyler were back too.
I like these judges. Unfortunately, I swore never to watch again unless they limit the voting. Fanatic voters skew the results.
