Worry not, my fellow dedicated Idol fans. Tonight’s American Idol will air before the President’s State of the Union Address so unless you’re in the Mountain Time Zone you’re in the clear to get your Simon fix without having to sit through 90 minutes of DC chatter. Phew! Now on to Texas and more Idol!
Neil Patrick Harris fans won’t want to miss tonight’s Dallas auditions when the HIMYM star pulls a chair up to the judges panel and deals out his advice to the Lone Star state’s aspiring singers. Of course you might prefer Joe Jonas to NPH and if that’s the case then check in for him to shed the rest of his trio for a round of judging.

Usually by this time of the auditions I am really excited about see a few different singers in the hollywood round. This year I’m not excited at all. There are a few I like but no one that gets me looking forward to the season. Again, Adam Lambert has ruined idol.
