Finally, after weeks of American Idol 2014spoilers videos all about the contestants, we finally have some promos coming out featuring the faces behind the judging panel. Not that we aren’t loving all this contestant-focused promos for season 13, but we did want to see a bit of the new American Idol judges in action as well!

In the new “Fun With the Judges” American Idol spoilers promo, judges Keith Urban, Jennifer Lopez, and Harry Connick Jr. are front and center. Most of the previous promos so far for American Idol XIII have been all about the contestants this season. It’s been a welcome change from last year when all we saw was constant footage of Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey all over the place. However, we’re ready to start getting a feel for the chemistry of the new American Idol judges for season 13 and these promos give us a nice taste!
In the “Fun with the Judges” promo, we have the American Idol judges having what looks like way too much fun with each other while joking around and playing with some of the season 13 hopefuls. Jennifer Lopez says this season has the “right combination” on the judging panel and “the chemistry is there.” From what we see in this promo, we have to agree. These folks look like they are having a blast and their laughter is highly contagious.
If this is a good indicator of what the American Idol judges are going to be like in general for season 13, we are thinking this could be a truly fabulous season in 2014. American Idol season 13 premieres on January 15 and we’ll be here all season long bringing all the latest spoilers, news, recaps and more!
