Former American Idol judge Simon Cowell isn’t holding out for millions of dollars to show off his new baby boy in some tabloid magazine. Instead, Simon and baby momma Lauren Silverman decided to post baby Eric’s first photos on Twitter for all the world to see.

Daddy Simon Cowell tweeted that baby Eric is “healthy and handsome” and we have to say, he is indeed one adorable infant! Now that The X Factor USA has been cancelled, Simon will be returning to the UK version, which means baby Eric is probably going to be acquiring his very own British accent to match dad’s.

This is the first child for Simon Cowell and girlfriend Lauren Silverman. The two hooked up while she was still married to one of Simon’s best friends, Andrew Silverman. They settled their divorce out of court in August, 2013. So far, no word on when or if Simon and Lauren might eventually tie the knot, although the music mogul allegedly has purchased a ring, a source reportedly told People.
