1. Lazaro Arbos. Lazaro not only had a touching story, he had a great voice and welcoming personality. America will love this guy if he gets past the judges. And according to the Top 40 spoilers, he might just.

2. Christina Isabelle Pasqualone. Her version of reality show staple “Summertime” was fresh and unique. That alone landed her in this spot. I’ve heard that song so many times I can barely stand to hear a single note. But she made it feel like something I had never heard before.

3. Kez Ban. I like a good quirky contestant. That might be why I responded so well to Kez Ban. Well that and the fact that she is a good singer. She got the blooper reel edit at first, but then she sang and everyone liked it. Watch a full version of Azure Sky.
