Jenn Blosil, Bri Ray, Lynnzee Fraye, and Sara Sturm were so intent on getting in good practice before group round that they took over a bathroom stall for privacy and better acoustics! All that rehearsing in the ladies room apparently was well worth it, because Team Milk & Cookies sounded absolutely fabulous on stage.
The harmonies were delightful, and each of the girls in the group stood out individually as well. American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez really liked it, and Keith Urban called out Jenn Blosil in particular for her natural vocal talent. Harry Connick Jr. said this is all about taking risks, and he doesn’t even care that some of the risks they took didn’t pay off. Keith Urban teased the ladies by solemnly starting to tell someone to step forward to seperate who would make it and who wouldn’t — and then waved it off and said “who am I kidding, you’re all going forward!”
