American Idol 2012 singers Heejun Han and Erika Van Pelt proved that elimination doesn’t mean your TV career is over this week when the duo appear on The Tonight Show and spoke with host Jay Leno about their experience.
Both were set to perform with Rickey Minor on the show, but unfortunately NBC didn’t offer up a clip of that portion. Instead you can watch the former American Idol Hopefuls talk with Jay Leno about their make-overs and departures from the show.
From the video clip below it looks like Erika is really embracing this new look and nearly taking on an Adam Lambert like look with her hair. Meanwhile Heejun tosses it out there that, yes, Steven Tyler was rather unhappy with him over his Billy Joel performance.

OMG Erika! She’s not a contestant now so at the risk of being bashed. It looks like her career could possible take a slightly different turn from the way she was dressed if you know what I mean. She is a talented singer but she could double as a stand in for Leghorn Foghorn with another dye job.
And Heejun could change his cap and shirt and really mess you up in your search for Waldo!
