Don’t forget that our usual routine of American Idol on Wednesdays has shifted to a Thursday only schedule for nearly the rest of the Farewell Season on FOX.
If you tune in Wednesday at 8PM you’ll get Rosewood instead of American Idol 2016 as the schedule change puts Idol on Thursdays only for the rest of March. Then once we hit April we’ll get the season finale complete with a three-night string of the last American Idol episodes.
Once this week’s American Idol episode does arrive we’ll get the Top 6 contestants after Ryan Seacrest reveals the results of your votes plus special duet performances from each of the Top 8 before two more are eliminated.

Ratings this year must be dead compared to seasons past. ?
The show and all its producers have done all they could to keep it relevant, time to write a eulogy and pull the life support plug.
Ratings are actually really good all things considered. Makes you wonder what’s going on w/ FOX’s thinking here.
