One of our absolute favorite performances on the first night of American Idol 2016 Hollywood week came from the amazing La’Porsha Renae. We absolutely loved her during auditions, and hoped that she would continue to thrill us with her gorgeous voice during Hollywood Week. For her first solo performance in Los Angeles, she did exactly that!
La’Porsha Renae absolutely killed a terrific rendition of “Roar” by Katy Perry that wowed us, the American Idol judges, and her fellow contestants! There is no doubt at all that she has to be put through to the next round, and she is. We can’t wait to see what she’ll be singing for us next, and how she’ll do in the dreaded group round!
