    • Didn’t like at all… There is something about her voice… can’t explain ….. as compared to Jennifer and even Malaya… each of them sounds current… Not sure Jena does…. I know she has fans and that is what the show is all about…. When I listen to these contestants, I imagine them performing somewhere — I can see lots of venues for the likes of Jessica, Malaya, Dex, Alex — just can’t see one for Jena – as a star attraction, same for Sam, CJ….

      • no offense but jessica & malayla are not current as curent as mo town music, listen to todays music and tell me if jessica sounds like em.

      • I don’t think any of the women/girls except Jessica and sometimes Malaya are as good as most of the remaining men.

      • NONE of them are good.
        Total disaster of a show.
Just listen to the judges continually making excuses.
        What a mess.
Their time is VERY limited !

    • I didn’t like it either Jena’s performance. And I also hate that Jennifer was like “you got to destroy the others performances.” She so wants her to win!

      • Seriously? Wow. Haven’t you heard Caleb and Malaya’s critiques? No matter what the heck they sing, they get praised like they’re the second coming of Elvis. Malaya was ridiculously off at the beginning of her song, but no one mentions it. Both go in and scream the entire time, and are hailed as heroes. The difference between Jena and Malaya/Caleb is that Jena actually sings, they both shriek. Also, maybe you didn’t love Jena’s performance, but she took a risk and showed some artistry. If Caleb or Malaya have ever showed an ounce of creativity or originality on this show, it sure as heck didn’t come through my television screen.

      • Agree! Where was Caleb’s original (lackluster) song? If he can break the rules why not the others by doing what they please?

      • No one should be , so called , taking a risk at this point . They should all be doing what they are suppose to be doing … Sing Well.
But none of them are doing that…..total and utter horrible season.
You just need to watch The Voice to know that this Show is … OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVER !

  1. Caleb I did not like your Change, Change, Change….Although I do like the song….I think a quiter song may be better….

  2. I like to have Caleb Johnson to make it to the to top I like to see
    Dexter Roberts going home

    • I thought Dexter sang his song really well, it was real and it had an emotional connection. I listened to it 4 times this morning, he did a whole lot of things right on that performance.

      • Dexter is no better than a bad Cheap Lounge singer.
He’s a mess. And he lifts his leg one more time he may as well pee. For lords sweet sake. That is NOT choreography !!!!

  3. Jena did an amazing version of Rolling in the Deep.. definately made it her own. Each contestant has their individuality and is very talented. I’m having trouble ranking them but here are my top 3, middle 2, and bottom 3….
This is the first year I can’t really rank them cause I really do like them all.. so I have to rank them on tonights performance alone.
    Top 3: Jena, Jessica, Malaya
    Middle 2: Sam, Alex
    Bottom 3: Caleb, Dexter, CJ

    • I agreed with the bottom three and I believe CJ, Malaya and Sam will go home first. Next will be Dexter, Jena and Alex. I think Jessica and Caleb will be the last two standing.

  4. I have no idea why people think Malaya was good. Listen again- the back up singers sound so much better than her.

    • Malaya has done well the two previous weeks, but I didn’t like her performance last night. The judges seemed to, and I always wonder how it all sounds live, there in the studio, as opposed to what they pipe out over my Comcast cable.

  5. Tonight was the first time I can say I enjoyed all of the performances and I’m not a fan of most of the contestants, with the exception of Jena whose voice still grates on my last nerve. I agree with the judges…they need to sing every single show like it’s the performance of their life. I think they were listening to the judges. Finally.

    • Jena was as bad as she usually is, which is bordering on terrible. No idea what anyone likes about her or her singing. She is just that bad. Not off pitch or anything of that sort, more just over-trying and instead ending up boring. She does love all the positive feedback she gets, but it seems so without any basis. She irritates me, and her voice just bothers me so much.

    • Yikes, Jena had not business singing an Adele song for her audition or for doing it again last night. She really did a poor job of singing it, and this is one of those situations where just about no one will sing better than Adele. It certainly wasn’t Jena last night. The comparison just leaves Jena looking all the worse. Unfortunately, if she ends up in the bottom 3, I’m afraid the judges might save her.
