We’ve got your American Idol spoilers for the Top 3’s song list set for this week’s performance and results show Thursday night on FOX as each finalist takes on three different songs.
Trent, MacKenzie, La’Porsha, and Dalton will be singing a song picked by the Judges, another by Scott Borchetta, and a third of their own choosing to represent their hometown visit. The latter of which should be pretty wide open and a good opportunity for a passionate performance.
We’re still waiting on the the Judges’ songs, but for now we’ve got Scott’s picks & the hometown selections. Here are the Top 3 songs:
American Idol Top 3’s Borchetta songs:

- La’Porsha Renae – “Stay With Me Baby” by Lorraine Ellison
- MacKenzie Bourg – “Rhiannon” by Fleetwood Mac

- MacKenzie Bourg – “Hallelujah” by Leonard Cohen
- Trent Harmon – “Stay With Me” by Sam Smith
We almost made it through the season without someone singing “Hallelujah.” And it’s his own choosing none the less. Oh MacKenzie. Obviously I’m not a fan of hearing that song yet again on Idol, but what do you think of the song spoilers so far?
