When the American Idol spoilers for the Top 4 finalists are revealed tonight, we are expecting some furious outrage from the eliminated singer’s fans. No matter who got voted off American Idol tonight, it’s bound to get a bit ugly. Caleb Johnson, Jena Irene Ascuitto, Sam Woolf, Alex Preston, and Jessica Meuse all have a strongly loyal legion of fans who truly believe their contestant deserves to go all the way.
We’ve already been seeing some nasty fights breaking out in comments here on the site and on Facebook over who should be the one who got kicked off American Idol tonight. The predominant opinion seems to be that either Sam Woolf or Jessica Meuse go home, but many Alex Preston fans are also fearful he could end up in the bottom.
Based on the voting records so far on American Idol season 13, and the latest numbers from our fan polls, we are predicting it will end up being Jessica Meuse who gets the boot. We considered it might be Sam Woolf who went home on American Idol 2014 this week, but his #Woolfpack seems to still be going strong right now after being scared into paying attention when he was almost eliminated.
If Caleb Johnson or Jena Irene Ascuitto ended up last in the American Idol results tonight, there would be a full blown riot and we’d lead the pack. If they aren’t the last two standing when the American Idol 2014 finale rolls around, we’d be very surprised at this point. We are also pretty sure Alex Preston will not go home this evening, but it wouldn’t be a huge shock if he ended up in the bottom two with Jess. Even if we do think he’s the better musician over Sam Woolf. It just seems harder for people to connect with Alex’s quirky style than Sam’s poppy corn-fed cuteness.

Oh dear, host Ryan Seacrest says there is going to be a ‘shocking twist’ tonight and no one is going to see it coming. We can’t wait to see what kind of crazy they are about to pull out of their hat to try to spice up the near-end of the season…
And WOW, this is a very different twist indeed! The producers are actually forcing the poor Top 5 finalists to decide whether the person with the lowest number of votes will go home tonight, or whether everyone will stay another week but TWO people will get booted next week. Ouch!
It’s an anonymous vote and it actually is kind of a surprise to us what happens. We would have thought that since they are all supposedly such good friends, they would all vote for everyone to get to stay another week. But no! Two people actually vote that they want someone to go home tonight. So there will be no ‘save’ for the person with the lowest number of votes.

Try making your headline something like “We Make a Guess About Who Might Go Home Tonight.” That would more truly reflect the lack of content in your post.
At the end of the post they do reveal who went home.
On Michael Slezak’s poll Alex and Jessica are deemed most safe. And there are 500 posts on that blog. Do the math.

Something happens tonight on Idol that I’ve never seen happen in all the years… #IdolTwist….
. I myself wonder if they might be sending two of them home…
it airs at 8 pm est.. which means the show is broadcast at 5 pm pst… anyone in the pacific time zone can go to one of the many spoilers a little over an hour after it has aired (6 pm pst) and get the results.
Sam and Jessica are the bottom two. I think.
Alex should be next. His whinny voice and mousey face is irritating

This is just my evaluation from their performance! Sad to say,…JENA needs to go!
You couldn’t be anymore wrong. The worst performances was Alex. But apparently this is a popularity contest now. Jena and Caleb are the only performers who can perform and perform consistently (mostly Caleb). Jessica has natural talent so she doesn’t need to put in much effort (which might be her downfall) The rest are decent I will say, but they go back and forth for me. Never consistent for me.
After Caleb is kicked off he will cut off his mullet and sign on to NBC’s Biggest Loser. 80’s big hair music is dead unless you’re over 40. This world doesn’t need a 20 something version of Meatloaf singing old 80’s songs. I think it will come down to Jena and Alex. Gotta go with the two with real talent who are relevant in 2014.

your analogy makes perfect sense wish other people would see it. I do hope Alex will win.
It was either Sam or Jessica who needed to go next, although I probably would have guessed Jessica would go first. Both lack conviction behind their talent…Jessica is void of emotion and disconnected to her music, Sam is wet behind the ears and has no idea what to do unless he’s advised by someone else. Neither of their voices are spectacular (although they sing much better than me) but not nearly on par with the other three. Caleb and Jena are phenomenal both musically and performance-wise although for me I think I prefer Caleb just a fraction of a hair more. Alex sings with beautiful, raw emotion and is in a completely different category than the other two power houses. It depends on your preference of style, but that’s my opinion.
Jessica is the best… I know she will go all the way….
I cannot believe that Jessica Muese is still in. She is notgood. Why do you people like her singing. She is not s performer. And her voice is no great thing. I like her ad a person….but I really doubt she will make it in the music industry.
Thought it would be Caleb until Jena sang that Elvis tune. She has it for sure.
