Alex Preston, part of the American Idol 2014 Top 3, made his way home to Mont Vernon, New Hampshire for his hometown visit this weekend. Alex received the royal treatment with thousands of fans in attendance, a meet and greet with the governor, huge crowd concert performances.
After spending time in Mont Vernon where he performed on the city hall steps and again at his high school, Alex made his way to the University of New Hampshire where he performed for an estimated seven thousand fans. It was a major day for the American Idol 2015 finalist that he called one of the coolest in his life.
Alex will be back on American Idol this Wednesday night in a bid to make the Final Two cut against Caleb Johnson and Jena Irene.
