American Idol Spoilers: Classic Rock Theme Week Songs Revealed

American Idol spoilers have revealed the Classic Rock theme week songs each of the last seven singers will be covering during tonight’s live performance show. If you want to remain surprised by what’s in store later tonight on FOX then stop reading now.

Thanks once again to the hard work by TheIdolPad we now know what to expect during Wednesday’s show and as we look down the list this looks like it could be interesting. Good interesting and bad interesting.

Branden pleaded for the Hopefuls to steer clear of Queen and boy is he going to be disappointed. There’s not one, but two Queen hits on this list and both of them involve Lazaro. If he successfully handles these tough songs then he should be safe, but if not he could just try a few tears and blame a lack of preparation. That seems to have worked well so far.

It should also be no surprise that we’ll find Angie Miller back behind the piano like we suggested after her disastrous “I Can Be Sexy Too” performance last week.

American Idol Spoilers: Week 7 Song List

Individual Performances:
Amber Holcomb – “What About Love” by Heart
Angela Miller – “Bring Me To Life” by Evanescence featuring Paul McCoy
Burnell Taylor – “You Give Love A Bad Name” by Bon Jovi
Candice Glover – “(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction” by The Rolling Stones
Janelle Arthur – “You May Be Right” by Billy Joel
Kree Harrison – “Piece Of My Heart” by Janis Joplin
Lazaro Arbos – “We Are The Champions” by Queen

Group Performances:
Angela Miller & Lazaro Arbos – “Crazy Little Thing Called Love” by Queen
Burnell Taylor & Candice Glover – “The Letter” by The Box Tops
Amber Holcomb, Janelle Arthur, & Kree Harrison – TBD

Just by looking at that list of spoilers I’m most excited for Candice Glover and Kree Harrison’s performances. The most up in the air performance selection for me is Burnell Taylor. Burnell covering Bon Jovi? How can that not be worth watching?

Speaking of worth watching, let’s see if Nicki Minaj can refrain from yelling at any of the American Idol finalists during tonight’s show.

We’ll see you back here at 8PM ET while we watch along live on FOX.
