Dim the lights and let’s go. The American Idol results revealed this week’s Bottom Two last night as the remaining Top 5 Hopefuls were saved with the official results announced by host Ryan Seacrest. Who was voted off American Idol last night? Let’s find out.
Five of the remaining six performers made the cut as one another contestant was eliminated on Wednesday. Twitter had to come to the rescue for one singer in a live Idol Fan Save performance between this week’s Bottom Two.

After the Quentin/Harry showdown last week, I’m not too surprised.
I know! Quentin lost because show wanted him gone after he said it sucked / whack etc just because it was his friends! So what ! Idol is about the last person standing! Plus the song Quenten picked last nite and the lyrics were probably a dig against Harry and Idol

Clark – He may win the cute guy vote, but he did not sing as well last night as he has in the past. His rendition of Yesterday made me cringe.
Jax – Both songs were very enjoyable and she does own the stage when she’s up there.
Tyanna – I’m rooting for her, but someone else needs to help her with song choices. Her current voice coach is not helping her to showcase her voice at all.
Rayvon – His first song was great, second song not so much. I think he’s cuter than Clark and if he performs more songs like that Sam Smith song, he will have all my votes.
Nick – Is it me or does Nick’s voice sound like he’s singing the same note all the time? There’s no nuance or depth. I think Nick is also cuter than Clark. I wouldn’t walk out on his performance if he was singing at a bar, but he’s not the one to win this contest.
Quentin – I thought his first song was a great choice. Then I saw his nails. Sorry, I couldn’t get past the long spiky nails on his right hand and couldn’t take his singing seriously after that.
P.S. When did they reduce the number of singers that go on the AI tour from 10 to 5?

It was cut down to 5 because of waning interest in Idol and its contestants.
